Our Services are mostly simple but some services are complex, like our services for our viewer and Business client are mostly free. It may be sometimes totally free or sometimes may be chargeable. Sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.
Using our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Our Services display some content that is not Astroword Services’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information
Your Content in our Services
Some of our Services allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Astroword (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations, or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and developing new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for the information you have added to Astroword ). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.
Terms of Use and Platform Policy
1. Eligibility
To access or use the Astroword platform as a User or Creator (Astrologer), you must be at least 18 years of age.
By creating an account or using any part of our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
Astroword is committed to maintaining a respectful and lawful environment for all Users and Creators.
The following types of content or activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Any form of nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
- Drugs, controlled substances, or any content promoting their use.
- Content that depicts or encourages violence, hate speech, discrimination, or abuse.
- Any form of illegal activity, including fraud, impersonation, or harassment.
- Uploading, sharing, or promoting material that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Using the platform for spam, scams, or unauthorised advertising.
If a User or Creator is found to be engaging in any of the above activities, their content will be immediately removed or permanently banned, and strict action may be taken against their account.
Such action may include (but is not limited to):
- Temporary or permanent account suspension,
- Restriction of one or more platform services,
- Imposition of a monetary fine, or
- Permanent ban under the Astroword Circumference Policy.
3. Circumference Policy
The Circumference Policy is a core disciplinary framework of Astroword designed to maintain integrity, safety, and respect within the platform community.
It ensures that Users and Creators understand the boundaries of acceptable behaviour and the consequences of misconduct.
Under this policy:
First Violation:
A formal warning and immediate removal of the violating content.
Second Violation:
Temporary suspension of account access or restriction from uploading new content.
Repeated or Severe Violation:
Permanent account ban and removal from the platform.
The user will also become ineligible to create or operate any future account on Astroword.
Permanent Blacklist:
Once banned under the Circumference Policy, the individual will be permanently blacklisted.
Even if a new account is created under a different name or credentials, it will be automatically identified and removed without prior notice.
Fines and Legal Action:
Astroword reserves the right to impose financial penalties or pursue legal action against Users or Creators whose actions cause reputational, operational, or legal harm to the platform.
The Circumference Policy operates without exception.
All actions under this policy are final and non-negotiable.
4. Compliance and Enforcement
You must follow all platform policies and applicable laws while using Astroword Services.
If you misuse or interfere with our platform, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in any prohibited activity, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Using our Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
You may not use or reproduce content from Astroword without the explicit permission of its owner or unless permitted by law.
These terms also do not grant you the right to use any Astroword branding, logos, or trademarks.
6. Third-Party and User Content
Astroword may display content uploaded by other Users or Creators. Such content is the sole responsibility of the uploader.
Although Astroword reserves the right to review or remove content that violates laws or policies, it does not guarantee that all content is reviewed.
7. Notifications and Communication
By using our Services, you agree that we may send you service announcements, administrative notices, policy updates, or other essential communications relevant to your account or activities.
8. Final Terms
Violation of any of these policies may result in suspension, permanent removal, fines, or further legal consequences as per applicable law and Astroword’ internal enforcement procedures.
Astroword reserves the right to amend, modify, or expand these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
Chat Top-Up
The Chat Top-Up feature on Astroword allows users to initiate and participate in direct, time-bound conversations with other users or creators on the platform. It has been designed to provide a fair, transparent, and engaging chat experience for both parties involved.
When a user purchases a Chat Top-Up , they select a specific duration or value for the chat session. The total time purchased is then equally allocated between both participants — meaning that both the sender and recipient receive an equal amount of available chat time for messaging within that session.
Each Chat Top-Up transaction grants credits to the platform, ensuring that chat time remains balanced and fairly distributed. Once the allocated duration expires, the chat session automatically ends unless another top-up is made by the user.
The Chat Top-Up system encourages meaningful interactions while maintaining a clear limit on communication, helping to promote respect for users’ time and boundaries.
How It Works
- Initiate a Chat
Users can choose to start a chat with another user or creator by selecting a Chat Top-Up option based on their preferred duration or value. - Equal Time Allocation
The selected chat duration is divided equally between both participants, ensuring fairness in communication and engagement. - Credit System
The top-up value is converted into platform credits, which are applied towards maintaining platform services and supporting the chat feature. - Automatic Session Management
Once the allocated chat time ends, the conversation is automatically closed unless renewed by the sender through another top-up.
Terms and Conditions
By initiating or participating in a Chat Top-Up, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Astroword Platform Policies.
Please Note:
- Users are not obligated to respond or engage in any conversation, even if a Chat Top-Up has been initiated.
- Chat Top-Ups are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
- Misuse of the chat feature, including harassment, spam, or inappropriate conduct, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- Astroword reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or revoke chat privileges if activities are found to be in violation of platform guidelines or applicable laws.
- Time allocation and availability may vary depending on network performance and user responsiveness.

The Digital Gifting feature on Astroword offers users a unique and engaging way to express appreciation, recognition, and encouragement to their favourite creators. It’s more than a simple gesture — it’s a meaningful connection that supports creators while strengthening the creator-fan relationship.
When a user sends a / Digital Gift, the creator receives a share of the gift’s value, while a portion is retained by the platform to help maintain and enhance service quality, technical infrastructure, and future development of the Astroword ecosystem.
Each gift represents an act of support — such as offering a virtual coffee, meal, or token of appreciation — and may also be used towards paid creator services , such as verification badges, promotional tools, or other premium features available on the platform.
This system enables creators to earn recognition and rewards from their audience in an easy, transparent, and rewarding way. It also enhances user engagement by transforming appreciation into a real-world benefit for creators.
How It Works
- Send a Digital Gift
Choose a digital item or gift value that reflects your appreciation for a creator. Gifts can vary in theme or style, offering a personalised way to connect. - Creator Receives a Share
Once the gift is sent, a portion of its value is automatically credited to the creator’s account as earnings, while another portion supports platform maintenance and development. - Platform Support and Services
If a Digital Gift is used by a creator to purchase a platform service — such as a Verification Badge or other paid feature — the creator receives the service itself, not the underlying credit value. - Meaningful Engagement
Digital Gifting allows fans to participate directly in a creator’s journey. Whether it’s a sign of gratitude, celebration, or encouragement, every gift helps build authentic connections.
Terms and Conditions
By sending or receiving a Digital Gift, you agree to the following terms:
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to abide by all applicable Astroword policies.
- Creators are under no obligation to acknowledge, respond to, or engage after receiving a Digital Gift. Engagement remains entirely at the creator’s discretion.
- All Digital Gifts are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the recipient views, accepts, or responds to them.
- Misuse of the Digital Gifting system — including fraud, harassment, or inappropriate content — may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
- Astroword reserves the right to review, modify, or discontinue any Digital Gift or gifting feature at any time to maintain fairness and compliance with platform standards.

Membership
The Membership feature on Astroword allows users to connect with astrologers while gaining access to exclusive readings and benefits. By purchasing a membership, users support the astrologer and receive special privileges that are not available to general users.
Astrologers can enable and configure membership options on their profiles, and users can choose between two types of memberships:
- Normal Membership
- VIP Membership
Normal Membership
A Normal Membership provides users with access to exclusive member-only readings and updates shared by this astrologer during the active subscription period.
- The membership is valid for 28 days from the date of joining.
- Reading requests from members may receive priority attention compared to non-members.
- Once the 28-day period ends, access automatically expires unless renewed.
VIP Membership
The VIP Membership offers a more enhanced experience with full access and priority interaction with this astrologer.
- VIP members receive faster response times and priority in message handling.
- The VIP Membership is valid for 28 days from the date of joining.
VIP Membership is designed for users who want a complete and priority experience, including deeper access, faster responses, and personalised interaction with this astrologer.
Membership Benefits
Depending on the astrologer’s settings, membership may also include:
- Access to exclusive readings, insights, and guidance.
- Priority visibility in chats or requests.
Membership Upgrade Policy (Important Note)
If a user has an active Normal Membership and the astrologer offers a VIP Membership, the user may upgrade at any time.
When upgrading:
- The system calculates the used duration of the Normal Membership.
- The remaining value is adjusted towards the VIP Membership.
- This ensures a fair transition without double payment.
However:
- Once upgraded to VIP Membership, users cannot downgrade until expiry.
- All upgrades are final and non-reversible during the active period.
Content Compliance and Astrologer Responsibilities
Astrologers must follow all platform Community Guidelines, Data Policies, and Terms of Service while providing readings or guidance.
All content must be respectful, lawful, and appropriate. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Any misleading or false guidance intended to deceive users.
- Harmful, abusive, or inappropriate communication.
- Content involving illegal activities or violations of user rights.
- Any violation of privacy, data protection, or platform rules.
Terms and Conditions
- Membership payments are processed in advance for the next 28 days.
- No refunds will be issued for unused periods.
- Users can cancel anytime, but access remains until expiry.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Users must be 18+ and agree to Astroword policies.
- Astroword may modify features, pricing, or rules anytime.
- Misuse may lead to membership termination or account restriction.
Important Note
Astroword reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove any membership-related content or activity that violates platform rules.
Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.
Paid Astrology Reading
Paid Astrology Reading on Astroword refers to personalised guidance and insights provided by an astrologer in response to a user’s submitted query. These readings are intended for informational and general guidance purposes only and are based on the astrologer’s individual interpretation, experience, and expertise.
Users are required to spend a specific number of credits — as determined by the astrologer — to submit a reading request. Once the credit transaction is successfully completed, the request is forwarded to this astrologer for review and response.
The response may include personalised insights, general guidance, and interpretative observations, and is intended to assist users in making informed decisions. Astroword does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes, and no reading should be considered as definitive advice or a substitute for professional consultation in areas such as legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters.
Reading Request Handling and Refund Policy
- The astrologer reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any reading request at their discretion.
- If a reading request is declined or cancelled by the astrologer, the full transaction amount will be automatically reversed back to the user’s account.
- If the astrologer does not respond within the defined time limit, the request will be automatically marked as "Auto Declined".
- In the case of Auto Decline due to no response, the full transaction amount will also be refunded back to the user.
- Refunds are processed only in the above scenarios and may take a reasonable processing time as per system operations.
Access and Validity
- Once a Paid Astrology Reading is successfully delivered, access will remain available for a limited duration as defined by the platform.
- Follow-up questions may be permitted depending on the selected service or membership level.
- Each reading is strictly for personal use only and must not be redistributed or shared.
Content Compliance and Astrologer Responsibilities
Astrologers must comply with all Community Guidelines, Data Policies, and Terms of Service while providing readings.
All responses must remain responsible, respectful, and non-misleading. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Guaranteed claims, absolute assurances, or misleading outcomes presented as certainty.
- Harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate communication.
- Guidance promoting illegal activities or unethical behaviour.
- Any violation of privacy, data protection, or intellectual property rights.
- Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or deceive users.
Any violation may result in content removal, restriction of services, or account suspension/termination under the platform’s Circumference Policy.
User Eligibility and Usage Terms
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Users must agree to all Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines of Astroword.
- Credits used to submit reading requests are non-refundable except in cases of astrologer decline or auto-decline.
Users acknowledge that all readings are general guidance only and should be used at their own discretion. Astroword shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on such guidance.

Astroword reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove any reading or activity that violates platform policies or applicable laws. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account suspension or termination.
Super Chat
Super Chat on Astroword is an exclusive and interactive way to connect directly with your favourite creators.
When you send a Super Chat, you spend credits to initiate a private, time-limited chat session with that specific creator. The duration of your chat access depends on the total number of credits you choose to spend. Once the Super Chat is activated, you can exchange messages with the creator during the allocated time, after which the session will automatically end unless you top up again.
Super Chat on Astroword is a private one-to-one chat, not a public message. The credits you spend allow you to chat only with the creator to whom you sent the Super Chat.
When a user sends a Super Chat, they select a specific duration or value for the chat session. The total time purchased is then equally allocated between both participants — meaning that both the sender and recipient receive an equal amount of available chat time for messaging within that session. Every Super Chat also triggers a notification to the creator, and a share of the value is credited to the creator as part of their earnings.
This feature is designed to promote meaningful, respectful, and time-limited communication between users and creators.
Responsible Communication and Conduct
During any Super Chat interaction, both users and creators are expected to maintain respectful and lawful communication.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited during or after a Super Chat session:
- Using disrespectful, abusive, or offensive language.
- Engaging in harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.
- Making inappropriate, sexual, or suggestive remarks.
- Sending spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant content.
- Sharing or requesting personal, financial, or confidential information.
Astroword promotes a safe and positive environment for all users. Any violation of these rules may lead to temporary suspension, permanent ban, or further legal action as per the Circumference Policy.
Freedom of Interaction
Both creators and users have complete autonomy over their interactions.
Each party reserves the right to block or unblock the other at any time without prior notice or justification.
Creators are not obligated to reply, acknowledge, or engage in conversation following a Super Chat. The decision to respond lies entirely at their discretion.
Earnings and Refund Policy
Creators earn a share of every Super Chat, while a portion is retained by Astroword to support service maintenance and platform development.
Please note:
- All Super Chats are non-refundable, regardless of whether the creator responds.
- Message time limits are automatically applied based on the Super Chat amount.
- Once the allocated time expires, the chat session will automatically end.
Eligibility and Terms
By sending or participating in a Super Chat, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You agree to Astroword’ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
- You understand and accept that Astroword may monitor or review chats to ensure compliance with its policies.
Astroword reserves the right to remove any Super Chat content, restrict access, or suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Credit Usage, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Overview
All credit-based transactions on Astroword, including Chat Top-Up, Digital Gifting, Membership, Premium Paid Content, and Super Chat, are governed by a strict No Cancellation and No Refund Policy.
Once credits have been transferred, spent, or deducted under any valid transaction or penalty, they cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Applicable Services
- Chat Top-Up
When a user initiates a Chat Top-Up, credits are exchanged for a fixed chat duration.
Once the chat session is activated, it cannot be paused, cancelled, or refunded — regardless of whether the recipient responds or not.
Users are reminded to proceed only when they are certain about initiating a conversation.
- Digital Gifting
Digital Gifts are expressions of appreciation or support towards a creator.
Once a gift is sent and the credits are deducted, the transaction becomes final.
Creators are not obligated to acknowledge, respond to, or return any Digital Gift.
Gifts used to unlock platform features (e.g., badges or services) are non-reversible under any circumstances.
- Memberships (Normal & VIP)
Membership payments provide time-bound access to exclusive readings, guidance, and interaction benefits as per the selected plan.
Since access to member-only features begins immediately upon activation, membership fees are non-refundable.
Users may cancel future renewals at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any partially used subscription period.
Upgrades (from Normal to VIP) are permitted with proportional credit adjustment, while downgrades are not allowed during the active period.
- Paid Astrology Reading
Paid Astrology Reading is initiated once the required credits are successfully transferred by the user.
Each reading request is processed by the astrologer and remains subject to acceptance, response timelines, and platform-defined conditions.
No cancellations, refunds, or replacements will be applicable once a reading has been successfully delivered, regardless of user satisfaction.
In cases where the astrologer declines the request or fails to respond within the specified time limit, the request will be cancelled and the full amount will be automatically reversed to the user.
- Super Chat
Super Chat sessions operate on a prepaid model where credits are converted into timed communication privileges.
Once credits are spent and the chat window is activated, no refunds or reversals will be processed.
Both users and creators retain full freedom to end the chat or block the other participant, but credits will not be refunded under any condition.
Policy Violation Penalties
If a user or creator is found violating Astroword’ Community Guidelines, Data Policy, or Terms of Service, the platform reserves the right to impose a penalty.
Such penalties may result in credit deductions from the violator’s account to compensate for policy breaches, platform misuse, or damages caused to the service or community.
Once applied, these deductions are final and non-refundable, irrespective of the user’s objection or account status (active, suspended, or terminated).
Repeated violations may lead to permanent account suspension without any credit reimbursement.
General Terms
- All users and creators must ensure they are at least 18 years of age before performing any credit-related transaction.
- Misuse, harassment, or violation of Astroword’ community guidelines or data policies may result in suspension or permanent account action without credit compensation.
- The platform reserves the right to withhold or adjust credits in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy breach.
- All transactions are considered final, transparent, and verified at the time of execution.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services. Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither Astroword nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
